TEAM McLAREN MERCEDES AND HENKEL

Woking, Great Britain, Tuesday 21st February 2006: Team McLaren Mercedes is pleased to announce that long-term Partner Henkel has extended its Partnership with the team in a new multi-year agreement.

The partnership began in 1995 through the Loctite® brand. Henkel will continue to be an Official Supplier, but the Henkel logo has moved to the more visible top position on the rear wing end plate of the two MP4-21 racing cars.

The MP4-21 race cars are strengthened by a broad range of Henkel’s high-strength Loctite® brand adhesives, securing everything from threaded bolts to wiring. Already in the design phase, engineers at McLaren Racing consult with Henkel to determine the best-suited products to meet the distinct demands of any particular application. In all, more than 100 different applications of Henkel products help the car hug the track and withstand immense G-forces, torsion levels, vibrations and shocks. Even the light-weight, sturdy carbon-fibre composite bodywork that makes up 80 percent of the MP4-21 is constructed using Henkel know-how. Here, products such as Henkel’s Frekote® B-15 sealer and Hysol EA9686 film adhesive give the team the flexibility they need in moulding the car’s aerodynamic shapes.

“Through our relationship with Team McLaren Mercedes, Formula One acts as the ideal proving ground for us”, says Jochen Krautter, Executive Vice President, Henkel Technologies. “As world market leader we can put our products to the test at the pinnacle of motor racing and at the same time, demonstrate how they successfully perform even in extreme conditions.”

With Henkel as an Official Supplier, Team McLaren Mercedes can draw on the complete resources of the world’s leading supplier of adhesives, sealants and surface treatment products – with access to some 5,000 to 6,000 Henkel Technologies products used by leading manufacturers across all industries.

“In Formula One racing, having the right technologies and partners is as integral as having the right drivers and team,” explains Team McLaren Mercedes CEO Martin Whitmarsh. “Henkel is a leader in its field and brings to our program a broad range of expertise, new ideas and solutions that help us get an edge on the competition.”

Continued Partnership Between the Two Companies Showcased During the First Outing of Team McLaren Mercedes 2006 Formula One Car

London, Feb. 15. 2006 — AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T), McLaren’s exclusive corporate partner for fixed-line voice and data networking services, unveiled its newly introduced corporate logo on the Team McLaren Mercedes MP4-21 during the car’s first run in its new livery in Valencia on Feb. 14, 2006.

Team McLaren Mercedes' new livery has an innovative surface coating, which achieves a high level of reflectivity. The technology used was perfected by McLaren during the past six months and is completely new to Formula One.

The new AT&T logo is the symbol of the recent merger of AT&T Corp. and SBC Communications Inc., and its appearance on Team McLaren Mercedes' 2006 livery is testimony to the company’s ongoing commitment to, and partnership with, the team. It is also part of AT&T’s global marketing efforts in the wake of the merger. The brand transition to the new AT&T is being supported by the largest multimedia advertising and marketing campaign in either SBC’s or legacy AT&T’s history.

“Both AT&T and Team McLaren Mercedes focus on ensuring their respective businesses perform at the highest standard globally,” saidMark A. Keiffer, chief marketing officer - business, AT&T Operations, Inc. “The brand attributes that McLaren embodies — innovation, quality, reliability, technological excellence and unsurpassed performance, delivered anywhere in the world — match the new AT&T's values and commitment delivered to our customers every day. I can’t think of a better brand platform for the new AT&T.”

“Involvement with Team McLaren Mercedes in Formula One provides a powerful global tool for our corporate partners to showcase their brand and services in front of the massive worldwide audience that the sport attracts,” says Jonathan Neale, managing director of McLaren Racing. “But our relationship is more than just a mobile billboard. Our team depends on utilising and optimising the latest technology, and working with AT&T means we get the advantage of cutting-edge fixed-line communications services supporting us wherever we are in the world. It gives Team McLaren Mercedes a powerful advantage, as we strive for excellence and success.”

As part of its relationship with Team McLaren Mercedes, AT&T has deployed its technology, services, and networking solutions to ensure that the vast amount of data generated during racing, practice, and test sessions can be accessed by the team's technical and research and development staff in real time from anywhere in the world. This allows McLaren to optimise performance and to ensure the team’s competitiveness.

SUPER AGURI

Following receipt of the necessary financial guarantee and with the unanimous support of the competing teams, the FIA has accepted the late entry of the Super Aguri F1 Team to the 2006 FIA Formula One World Championship.

Intel And BMW Enter Comprehensive Partnership

Intel Corporation and the BMW Group announced a comprehensive partnership that includes technology, co-marketing and Intel’s sponsorship of the BMW Sauber F1 Team. As part of this agreement, Intel technology will be deployed throughout the BMW Group and its worldwide dealer network, and Intel will become “Official Corporate Partner” of the BMW Sauber F1 Team. BMW purchased the Sauber team in June 2005.

Under the multi-year agreement and long-term technology partnership, Intel will support BMW in standardizing the IT infrastructure in the worldwide BMW Group data centers and in providing more than 3,000 dealers worldwide with innovative IT solutions. To support the expanding mobility of its staff, the BMW Group will also convert its corporate notebooks to Intel® Centrino® mobile technology-based systems and significantly increase the use of Intel-based PDAs within the company.

The two companies have also agreed to develop an industry specification that would allow for seamless integration of third-party devices (including phones and portable music players) into BMW vehicles.

“This comprehensive agreement brings together two of the most admired and innovative brands in the world,” said Eric Kim, Intel senior vice president and chief marketing officer. “Intel’s technology and BMW’s prowess in the automotive sector are a powerful combination. Intel and BMW intend to collaborate heavily on the IT technology and marketing side as our brands are very synergistic. With Intel as Official Corporate Partner of the BMW Sauber F1 Team, the Intel brand will reach hundreds of millions of passionate fans worldwide each year – fans who appreciate the critical role that technology plays in Formula One. Intel will infuse the BMW Sauber F1 Team with its technology – technology that we believe will support the team’s performance.”

Prof. Dr. Burkhard Göschel, BMW Group board member for purchasing and development, noted: “Like the BMW Group, Intel also sets the highest standards of performance, innovation and quality for its products. For both companies, technological leadership is a fundamental goal. Our methods of systematically turning ideas into innovative products will be excellently supported and complemented by Intel’s innovative technology and highly efficient solutions. This partnership stands to benefit our IT, our customers and our Formula One team.”

“Formula One,” added BMW Motorsport Director Prof. Dr. Mario Theissen, “is a high-tech discipline. It demands the control and coordination of hundreds of parameters simultaneously and the precise execution of every step. Cutting-edge technology is a crucial success factor, and BMW has accepted the challenge. We are delighted that a strong partner such as Intel has done likewise in collaboration with us.”

The BMW Sauber F1 Team and its new partners will present the new team in Valencia, Spain from Jan. 16 to 17.

Intel and Centrino are trademarks or registered trademark of Intel Corporation or its subsidiaries in the United States and other countries.

Woking, Great Britain, Wednesday 15th February 2006: Team McLaren Mercedes and Direxiv are pleased to announce the establishment of the “Direxiv Dynamic Wellbeing Programme”. This programme will see Team McLaren Mercedes operating in close co-operation with Direxiv, to create a dedicated team of highly qualified and well resourced individuals with the sole objective of improving and optimising the fitness, health, wellbeing and diet of not only all of the Team McLaren Mercedes Formula One team and drivers but also of the participants in the Direxiv Driver Programme.

The “Direxiv Dynamic Wellbeing Programme" is headed by Aki Hintsa, the Chief Physician of the Finnish Olympic Committee. Aki has already worked with Team McLaren Mercedes for more than a year on a part-time basis and after the 2006 Winter Olympics Aki will leave the Finnish Olympic Committee and join McLaren. He will be supported by a team of four employees, two of whom will be based at the McLaren Technology Centre, staffing McLaren’s Fitness and Wellbeing Centre. The other two are Kimi Raikkonen and Juan Pablo Montoya's personal trainers Mark Arnall and Gerry Convey who will continue to form an integral part of the team.

Direxiv’s involvement with Team McLaren Mercedes has not only resulted in the establishment of the “Direxiv Dynamic Wellbeing Programme” but also sees the Direxiv identity appear on the team's Formula One racing cars and on members of the Team operating the Programme at the races. In addition, the Direxiv logo will also, via agreement with McLaren, appear on the race car of Lewis Hamilton in his 2006 GP2 car run by the championship winning ART team.

McLaren and Direxiv will also explore opportunities to work together in synergistic sections of technology linked to their areas of respective expertise. This will be channelled through McLaren Group company 'McLaren Applied Technologies'.

Commenting on the announcement Misato Haga, CEO of Direxiv said: “Direxiv’s motorsport objective is twofold: to support the drivers in our programme to compete at the highest level of motorsport and to provide a platform to promote the Direxiv products and services internationally. I am delighted to have entered into this agreement with McLaren whose renowned expertise and professionalism will help us get closer to achieving our goals.”

Martin Whitmarsh, McLaren Group CEO “I am delighted to formally welcome Misato Haga and the Direxiv brand to the Team McLaren Mercedes family. Misato has been a friend of the Team for some time and it is wonderful that we have found a way to work together in a manner that the Direxiv brand and Team McLaren Mercedes can both benefit. I have a longstanding belief in the role that pro-active health, fitness and dietary measures can play in the performance of drivers, team members and other individuals and the establishment of the “Direxiv Dynamic Wellbeing Programme” will take this to the next step. I am also particularly pleased that we have been able to extend the benefit of the facilities to our younger drivers such as Lewis Hamilton, as well as making facilities available more generally to staff at the McLaren Technology Centre

THE BELGIAN GRAND PRIX

The Belgian National Sporting Authority, the RACB, has written to notify the FIA of the withdrawal of the 2006 Belgian Grand Prix from the FIA Formula One World Championship.

The withdrawal has been made in order to allow the completion of extensive improvement work to facilities at the Spa-Francorchamps circuit.

The FIA hopes that the event will be included once again in the Formula One World Championship calendar from 2007 onwards.

TEAM McLAREN MERCEDES UNVEILS UNIQUE LIVERY

Woking, Great Britain, Friday 10th February 2006: The Team McLaren Mercedes Formula One team has revealed a unique new car livery which will adorn the team's cars in the future.

The new livery has an innovative surface coating, which achieves a high level of reflectivity. The technology used was perfected by McLaren during the past six months and is completely new to Formula One.

"A lot of research and months of work have gone into creating this unique chrome finish," explained McLaren Marketing Managing Director Ekrem Sami. "We are always looking at innovative ways to allow our sponsor partners to differentiate their brands from the competition through their partnership with the team and this unique livery is designed to be extremely photogenic. Team McLaren Mercedes had the highest audited 'Share of TV Voice' in 2005 - and we hope that this new identity will contribute to us retaining that status."

"When we created our previous livery in the mid nineties we established what we believed then was an innovative and groundbreaking new identity for McLaren Mercedes," continued Sami. "What we have launched today is as revolutionary and we hope it will be the foundation of the team's livery for many years to come."

The team can look back on a lot of success during the nine years of the former livery. At the very first race after its introduction in Melbourne in 1997 the team won and since then it has taken nearly 30 per cent of all Grands Prix victories.

The team took the opportunity to show the new livery to McLaren Group and Mercedes-Benz High Performance Engines employees this evening. Two of the Groups better known personalities, drivers Kimi Raikkonen and Juan Pablo Montoya, were both impressed with their cars' 'new clothes'.

"I have only seen illustrations of the new livery until now but they do it no justice," said Kimi. "It looks fantastic and should create a bit of a stir when we drive it on tracks around the world. If we can make the car as fast as it looks then we will be in good shape."

"Wow," said Juan Pablo. "What a beautiful looking car. I have obviously been testing the MP4- 21 quite a bit already but seeing the car like this is something else."

MICHELIN WITHDRAWAL

The FIA has noted Michelin’s announcement of its withdrawal from Formula One at the end of 2006.

Everyone in Formula One will be most grateful to Michelin for the efforts they have made and for their courtesy in giving the necessary full year’s notice.

The competing teams have repeatedly and unanimously requested the FIA to impose a single tyre supplier in Formula One. This has been agreed for 2008, but Michelin’s announcement makes it probable for 2007. The teams will certainly be glad of this.

A single tyre supplier will undoubtedly make Formula One fairer, safer and less expensive for the teams but, above all, it will avoid a repetition of the problem which arose at the 2005 US Grand Prix.

FIA Press Release

Saturday 11 February at 12:14 : Technology Advancement Group, Inc (TAG), a United States-based engineering solutions company, has adapted its non-classified military technology to assist MF1 Racing in combating the heat and dust issues that plague computer control systems in F1's harsh racing environment.

TAG used its thermal engineering expertise to design a high-performance server capable of withstanding temperatures up to 60°C, thereby significantly reducing the risk of losing race-critical communications, telemetry, and diagnostics information. These TAG servers also contain a unique internal coating that dramatically lowers the risk of error or malfunction caused by brake fibre contamination.

MF1 Racing, the Formula One team owned and operated by the Midland Group, will be deploying the Tactical Hybrid ServerT (THS) at the start of the 2006 season.

This single-board, small form-factor server uses a Pentium M processor and comes with a customized fan controller board - enabling the unit to operate within a temperature range of 0°C to 60°C.

Besides ensuring race car-to-pit wall communications during extreme conditions, the THS uses intelligent fan blowers to move fibre brake particles through the machine without damaging the internal unit, making it ideal for use in race garage applications.

"TAG's executive management has roots in the automobile industry, so we are excited about this new partnership with Midland F1," said TAG's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Marcus DeSouza. "I am confident that our THS server will help Midland F1 Racing soar to new heights in the 2006 season."

Colin Kolles, Managing Director of MF1 Racing, commented, "With communications playing an increasing role in every team's race weekend operation, the reliability of computer systems has become more critical than ever."

"TAG is a proven leader in the field of thermal shielding and we are confident their technology will be up to the task of protecting our data equipment. From our point of view, this collaboration could not have come at a better time, as the dust and heat conditions at the first races in Bahrain, Malaysia and Australia will almost certainly prove to be the most challenging of the season."

In addition to customized rugged servers, TAG also provides rugged keyboard drawers, displays, and laptops – all of which can also be customized for the F1 Racing market. For more information on other mission-critical solutions from TAG, visit www.tag.com.

London, 10th February 2006 - Johnnie Walker – the world’s number one Scotch whisky and the Team McLaren Mercedes Formula One team today announce an up-weight to their existing partnering agreement for the 2006 Season.

This agreement will enable Johnnie Walker to intensify its brand building programmes and to further demonstrate its ongoing commitment to using the Team McLaren Mercedes sponsorship as a platform to promote a shared understanding of what responsible drinking means. The increased investment provides a number of additional benefits for the Johnnie Walker brand during the 2006 season; additional branding on the car and significant marketing activation opportunities including hospitality and promotional rights, access to drivers and track days which can be utilised in markets to engage consumers.

Ben Anderson, Global Brand Director, Johnnie Walker explains, “We joined Team McLaren Mercedes last July in order to use our association with this professional, precision and technology driven team to build the brand and communicate responsible drinking while simultaneously building the Johnnie Walker brand. For example in Brazil we promoted the ‘designated driver’ concept through a fully integrated programme – ‘Piloto da Vez’ which achieved over 122 million Brazilian ‘consumer impacts’ through advertising, promotion and PR activity and a dedicated website which received 170,000 hits. The three-month programme culminated in Juan Pablo Montoya becoming the ‘designated driver’ for one lucky competition winner. In China we implemented a major ‘responsible drinking’ initiative which included in-bar activities in key cities, the message ‘Take the lead, drink responsibly’ was delivered through media interviews and personal appearances. In just half a season we are already seeing the impact of this sponsorship and its associated consumer programmes and advertising.“

“Using our extensive consumer research we have strong insights into consumer attitudes towards responsible drinking and we know that linking a responsibility message to something that interests core Johnnie Walker consumers (25 – 35 years) is more likely to have a positive impact. The new agreement with Team McLaren Mercedes combined with our investment at a market level takes our global investment in this programme to more than £20 million and will enable us to deliver these messages to consumers in an even more relevant and compelling way. ”

Ron Dennis, Chairman and CEO of the McLaren Group and Team McLaren Mercedes Team Principal says, “From the outset, it has been clear that Team McLaren Mercedes and Johnnie Walker shared the same view as to how this partnership could be used for powerful effect. Johnnie Walker has proven that the relationship with Team McLaren Mercedes and the Formula One environment, and its association with control and precision, is a great asset in its responsible drinking programme. The success of the last season provided a compelling reason to further strengthen our partnership.”

Norbert Haug, Vice President Mercedes-Benz Motorsport says: “Johnnie Walker’s extended commitment to the team following our partnership which started mid-season last year shows how successful this collaboration has been. We have strongly supported Johnnie Walker’s plan to use their involvement in the Formula One programme as a platform for responsible drinking messages as we consider this to be an important aspect of our partnership.”

Midland Unveils New Challenger

Silverstone, UK - MF1 Racing – the Formula One team owned and operated by Midland Group – today unveiled the car with which it will compete in the 2006 FIA F1 World Championship: the Midland MF1 Toyota M16.

The all-new car – adorned in striking grey, red and white livery – represents the first entry in the 56-year history of the World Championship to race with a Russian motorsport license.

"It has been an exciting, sometimes bumpy ride since we accelerated our plans and became involved in F1 a year earlier than expected," said Colin Kolles, Managing Director of MF1 Racing. "But through all the ups and downs, we maintained a clear vision of where want to be and, step by step, we are getting there.

"We have restructured the company and refurbished our headquarters as the first stage of our long-term plans. The M16 car is 100% a product of MF1 Racing – solid proof of our serious intentions. But even though we have invested a great deal into building a brand-new car, we remain realistic about the challenge we face as a private team against the world’s top motor manufacturers.

"At this stage in our development, we are excited to give opportunities to the young men and women who will become the future of Formula 1. Technical Director James Key and his team of engineers, who have designed and built the M16, are those people. Their car, like the company as a whole, is a platform for the future and will be continuously developed. Our target for 2006 is consistent and visible progress compared to our rivals, while maintaining the superb reliability record that highlighted 2005. Special thanks should be given to our technical partners, Toyota and Bridgestone, whose continued support has made today possible.

"MF1 Racing’s drivers for the 2006 FIA F1 World Championship season were confirmed as 2005 F1 Rookie of the Year Tiago Monteiro from Portugal and Dutchman Christijan Albers. Germans Markus Winkelhock and Adrian Sutil, as well as Roman Rusinov from Russia, were introduced as the team’s test drivers.

"Both Tiago and Christijan had outstanding rookie years in 2005 and we believe this tandem forms a strong, competitive partnership that will benefit us in our first season as MF1 Racing," added Kolles. "Our three test drivers have all achieved considerable success in other formulae and we are confident they have the potential to develop into successful F1 drivers."

"The M16 is a completely new car," said James Key, Technical Director of MF1 Racing. "Obviously, the information we have gained from developing the EJ15B has gone into building the M16, but it is significantly improved in so many ways – mechanically, aerodynamically, even the way it is packaged. We are very optimistic about the progress that lies ahead."

"With the M16, we have made a significant leap forward in every respect," said team owner Alex Shnaider, Chairman and co-founder of Midland Group.

"I am very proud of the passion and ingenuity demonstrated by our workforce and partners, who are the lifeblood of this team. Everyone has worked extremely hard to make this car a reality and I am confident that if we maintain this level of commitment, we will continue to make further and more frequent leaps forward in the years to come."

Shakedown testing of the Midland MF1 Toyota M16 is due to take place at Silverstone on 03 Feb., followed by a four-day test at Jerez beginning 07 Feb.

* McLaren had been linked to a sponsorship deal with Intel to replace West, who withdrew their sponsorship at the Hungarian Grand Prix. However Mclaren instead signed a deal with Vodafone as the team's primary sponsor for 2007. The team will run without a main sponsor for 2006.

* Due to McLaren and Intel not reaching an agreement, Intel has instead signed to become a technological partner for BMW Sauber.

* The new Super Aguri F1 team, a possible 11th team, had its application for a place on the 2006 grid rejected by the FIA, allegedly due to failure to produce the $48m entry bond. The team planned to field heavily updated 2002-spec Arrows A23 cars , with Honda V8 engines for the first few races of 2006, before introducing an all new chassis for the European races. However Super Aguri F1 has announced they have received the 10 signatures necessary from the other teams. The FIA have stated that they will make an announcement once the $48m bond is received, expected some time next week. It is now reported that their place has been confirmed and they are to be the 11th team
